1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to QuestBord! By accessing or using our gamified task management application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

QuestBord is a gamified productivity application that transforms task management into an RPG-style experience. The Service includes:

• Creation and management of quests (tasks) using a Kanban board interface
• Character creation with customizable classes and elemental affinities
• Experience points (XP) and leveling system based on quest completion
• Leaderboard features to compare progress with other users
• Activity tracking and progress visualization

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Create a strong, unique password
• Not share your account credentials with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
• Log out from your account at the end of each session on shared devices

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Use automated scripts, bots, or other means to access the Service
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
• Attempt to manipulate leaderboards through fraudulent means
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by QuestBord and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. This includes but is not limited to:

• The QuestBord name, logo, and branding
• User interface designs and visual elements
• Software code and algorithms
• Game mechanics and leveling systems

5.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create within the Service (such as quest titles, descriptions, and character names). By creating content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. Disclaimers

7.1 Service Availability

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuestBord and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data, profits, or goodwill
• Service interruptions or data breaches
• Unauthorized access to your account
• Any damages resulting from your use of the Service

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you have paid us in the past twelve months, or $100, whichever is greater.
